No new art to show (you can catch a glimpse of what I’m working on
in my photos page)
Just wanted to put a call out to raise money for the March of Dimes.
I’ve posted the info on my front page here on myspace, but if you
don’t scroll down you won’t catch it, so I’m posting it here:
Oliver (mario, on the left) and Elliot (luigi, on the right) plus a
supercool handmade card!!!

These two Super Mario Bros. were both born prematurely. At the
end of April, their aunt Sara will be walking for the March of Dimes,
raising money to help improve and insure the health of premature
babies. Please follow the link below or on the picture to help.
Thanks!!!! http://www.walkamerica.org/berryblu
If you donate, please message me here on myspace with proof of
your donation and I will hook you up with a free sketch/drawing!
out a scale to compensate. I’m thinking-
$50 donation- Black and White inked drawing
$75 donation- Black and white grey toned or limited color drawing
$100 donation- Full color drawing
In other news, the new issue of Mad Kids should be on the stands
( got my comps in the mail a few days ago)
Rolling on my Project: Romantic story along with some colors for
some 40oz comics projects.
Tonight- 2/23/04! Midstates album release party @ The Empty
Bottle around 10 pm, then afterwards I’ll most likely be at Lava
Lounge.

One underground legend and one rising star together on one stage
at Metro this is one show not to miss! RJD2 crept from the
shadows to seize the spotlight of mainstream hip-hop in the 90s, and
has built a name for himself as a successful and talented producer.
Aceyalone, one of hip hop’s most influential and well-respected
MCs, earned a name for himself with his era-defining debut with the
Freestyle Fellowship, and subsequent classic solo releases.

The two worked together on Aceyalone’s last album, “Love and
Hate”, and the chemistry was so undeniable they united forces again
for Aceyalone’s latest album “Magnificent City”. In addition to
being the man behind the boards, RJ stepped out with vocal
contributions as well. Their collaboration, which will be released
February 7th, 2006, has already been called the definitive
Aceyalone album and one of the best releases of the year. The
meeting of two of hip hop’s most influential figures is more than just
a collaboration, it’s a pushing of the boundaries of hip hop.
Peace,
Jose
